Unlike many cookie-cutter coaching packages and programs out there, I’m not here to take you through a prescribed process to change. We’re all different people with different goals and needs!

While I have many magical tools to work with to help you get where you want to go, I’m all about flexibility and listening deeply for what you really need in the moment.

Sometimes you’ll need gentle encouragement, while other times, you might need a firm nudge to remind you of your magic and keep you on YOUR track to be yourself, unapologetically.

Working together, we’ll shift your inner narrative to set boundaries, create realistic expectations, and maybe even ask for help!

  • First and foremost, your truest dreams get to live here, and they get to come alive here! We’ll set a loose plan of action in our first session, and I’ll make sure that you keep yourself a priority when your Life tries to get in the way. (Which it will, I promise!)

  • In our time together, you are going to begin to see clearly how your life and its lessons have been perfectly made for you to get to this place. Whatever your life has been thus far cannot even compare to the adventure that lies before you right now. You are sexy, bold, and free. You are a woman who stands up in her own life, who shines her light so others can see. It can start now!

  • Learning to love yourself is serious business, but we’re going to have fun along the way, I promise! Every step you take towards yourself can be a little bit lighter with someone who sees you, hears you, and encourages you by your side!

Here’s a little more about why I do what I do…

After decades of digging out my sparkling light just to let life smother it again because I didn't know any better I woke up one day & looked back at a pattern of decisions that led me to a life of everything I never wanted… and I learned to rewrite my story. While I couldn't undo (life doesn't offer do-overs)  what I’d missed while suffocating under all that perfection. I learned to see and to celebrate the many joys my life had given me in the times I allowed myself to be gloriously imperfect and live on my terms.   

I learned how to harness that lesson, because there’s not a chance I’m spending the next 40 years carving off my sparkling edges to fit someone else's image of perfection.    

Today I live a life blessed with now grown children and a grandchild, each of whom I adore completely; I have many deep friendships, a bucket full of incredible memories, and when the world opens up again you can bet there are more adventures to be had.
